Matthew Addona has over a decade of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Demand Planning Director for US Health at Reckitt since June 2014. In this role, Matthew leads Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for over-the-counter (OTC), vitamins, minerals, and supplements (VMS), and wellness brands within the US Health business unit. Previous positions at Reckitt include Transformation and Strategy Lead for North America Health Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end supply and demand planning and strategic manufacturing sourcing. Matthew also held roles as Senior Supply Manager for Vitamins, Category Supply Chain Senior Manager for Upper Respiratory Innovation, and Project Manager for Commercial EPD/NPD. Experience prior to Reckitt includes a position in Global Procurement at Bristol-Myers Squibb. Matthew earned a degree in Supply Chain Management and Marketing Sciences from Rutgers Business School in 2014.
