Metin Demir

Metin Demir has extensive experience in finance and audit, beginning with a position as an Exp. Senior - Audit at Deloitte Turkey from September 2007 to September 2011, where specialization included IFRS and IAS compliance. Following this, Metin served as Finance Controller at Reckitt Benckiser from May 2013 to May 2015, acting as a finance business partner and streamlining P2P processes in Switzerland and Austria. Subsequently, roles at RB included Senior Commercial Controller and Regional GM & Supply Manager, focusing on gross margin improvement and cost optimization initiatives across the DACHN region. Most recently, from February 2020 to April 2023, Metin held dual roles as Regional FP&A Manager and Control Assurance Senior Finance Manager at Reckitt, leading planning and forecasting cycles while driving compliance and efficiency. Metin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi.
