Michael Costa

Michael Costa currently serves as the Regional Financial Controller for North America at RB, a position held since September 2000. In this role, Michael provides direct support to the Regional VP of Finance and is responsible for the monthly financial flash for the area. Previous roles at RB include Senior Category Finance Manager, where Michael partnered with the Marketing Director on financial preparations for new products, and Manager of FP&A, overseeing the USA Household forecasting and planning process. Other managerial positions included managing customer planning, consumer finance, and a team of financial analysts. Prior to RB, Michael worked at BAE Systems as Supervisor of Program Finance, focusing on financial aspects of R&D projects. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from William Paterson University of New Jersey and a BA in Business/History from Caldwell University.
