Mohit Behl

Mohit Behl is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in global payroll and shared services management. Currently serving as HR Director for Global Shared Services & Global Payroll at Reckitt since June 2018, Mohit has successfully led a significant HR transformation across 60+ countries and established a global operating model with multiple service hubs. Prior roles include Global Head of Payroll at Reckitt, where a global payroll transformation was executed, and AVP and Head of Global Payroll at CPA Global, where a shared services center was set up, achieving substantial cost savings. Mohit’s career also includes roles at Actis, Bechtel, and Competent Software, highlighting a strong foundation in HR operations and management, complemented by an MBA in HR & Operations and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications.
