Monika Buchanan

Monika Buchanan, MBA, CSP, is an experienced EHS executive with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams across diverse global organizations. They have held pivotal roles, including Corporate Health and Safety Compliance Engineer at EnerSys and Global Director of EHS and Security at The AES Corporation. Currently, Monika serves as the Head of Health & Safety for North America at Reckitt and continues their studies in nursing. Holding an MBA from Alvernia University and a BS in Occupational Safety and Health Environment from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Monika has a rich history of utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma principles to enhance program standardization and reduce risk in various industrial settings.
