Nalini Malik

Nalini Malik is a seasoned HR leader with over 11 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resource management, and talent management. They began their career as a Student Coordinator at the Management Development Institute and held various roles, including HR Manager at Reckitt and Asian Paints. Nalini also completed internships, notably at GSK Consumer Healthcare, where they developed tools for Career Management. They earned a PGDHRM in Human Resources from the Management Development Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. Currently, Nalini is focused on their role as Head of Talent Acquisition for South Asia.
