Nayran Cabral is a professional with a passion for communication and people, boasting ten years of experience with companies such as Contax, Fiat, Teksid, Fidens, Arezzo&Co, DPA, and Reckitt. Over the past five years, Nayran has focused on Diversity & Inclusion, driving structural changes across various organizational processes. At Reckitt, Nayran leads the D&I Board in Brazil, taking responsibility for governance, KPI tracking, and support for affinity groups. Nayran has also held communication roles at several organizations, where they developed and executed internal communication strategies and campaigns. Currently, Nayran is pursuing education in Communication, General and other related fields.
