Nikolay Bugaev

Nikolay Bugaev is an experienced professional in information security and cybersecurity controls management, with a focus on IT risk management and governance. Currently serving as an IT&D Controls Manager at Reckitt, Nikolay previously held the position of TechRisk Associate at Goldman Sachs, where they managed information security controls and developed governance strategies. With prior roles at KPMG and EY, Nikolay executed and managed IT audits across various industries, enhancing internal control environments. Nikolay earned two Master’s degrees, one in Business Administration and Management from Solvay Brussels School and another in Strategic Management from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego, as well as a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
