Omar Torres is an experienced Operations Manager and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager with a strong background in the consumer goods industry. Currently, they lead all manufacturing operations as an Operations Manager at Reckitt and previously served as the Director of Operations Support and Improvement at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Omar has also held several senior management roles at Procter & Gamble, where they focused on safety compliance and operational excellence. In addition to their corporate experience, Omar owned and managed a self-defense gym, successfully growing membership and developing new instructors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
