Pablo Macías is an MBA graduate from IE Business School with extensive experience in HR and payroll transformation as well as investment and incentives. They have held various roles, including GPS TMO Lead at Reckitt, and served as a Senior Manager at EY, overseeing global payroll implementation and tax transformation. Previously, Pablo worked with Goldcorp Inc in IT and Mining Operational Technology, and consulted for Organización de Estados Iberoamericanos. Currently, they are a member of the National System of Scientific and Technological Evaluation as well as a mentor at ITESM.
