Paul Marrs

Paul Marrs has over 17 years of experience in research and development, primarily at Reckitt, where roles have included R&D Operations Director for Self Care and Wellness and Health Hygiene, and Senior R&D Manager for Footcare. Responsibilities have encompassed managing global teams, developing product pipelines, budget planning, and leading projects for well-known brands such as Scholl, Amope, and Nurofen. Paul has successfully integrated acquired portfolios, managed post-launch R&D activities for analgesics, and drove innovation in aircare products. Additionally, Paul co-founded ACUITY NUTRITION LIMITED, focusing on nootropic supplements. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds.
