Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in global sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Procurement Director for Global Fragrances and Enzymes at Reckitt since March 2019, Paul has held various roles, including Global Procurement Manager and Global IP Procurement and Innovation, where responsibilities included managing commercials related to IP and innovation licensing. Prior to this, Paul was self-employed as an interim procurement manager and held several key positions at RB, including Procurement Director for Global Fragrances & APIs and ENA Procurement Director for External Manufacturing. Throughout a career spanning over 17 years, Paul has demonstrated expertise in managing significant procurement spend across various industries, driving value engineering initiatives, and achieving substantial cost savings for clients.
