Philip Hampden-Smith

Philip Hampden-Smith is a seasoned supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience in the health and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as SVP Global Health Supply at Reckitt since June 2009, Philip has held various senior roles, including E2E Supply Director for ASEAN and Japan/Korea, and Regional Manufacturing Director for ASEAN Health & Hygiene. Prior to Reckitt, Philip worked at Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd, where significant contributions included large-scale operations management and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles. Philip's career began at Merck Sharp & Dohme as a PTO Process Engineer, focusing on LEAN methods in manufacturing excellence. Philip holds a 1st MEng Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from Newcastle University.
