Poli Capo

Poli Capo is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Category and FP&A for Western Europe at Reckitt since November 2014, Poli Capo oversees financial responsibilities across Spain and Portugal and plays a pivotal role within the regional council. Prior roles at Reckitt include Global Category Finance for Intimate Wellness and Head of Commercial Finance for Infant & Child Nutrition in the USA, where Poli Capo facilitated key organizational changes and enhanced sales forecasting processes. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Supervisor at PwC España, collaborating with diverse clients and teams. Poli Capo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
