With over a decade of experience in the FMCG and Medical Device industries, Raniery has led high-impact quality operations across Europe and Latin America, driving system transformations and cultural change. Previously, Raniery held multiple roles at Reckitt, including Regional Quality Manager for Mexico and Central America, where they directed end-to-end quality strategies and championed continuous improvement efforts. Raniery holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Centro Universitário FIEO and a technical degree in Industrial Chemistry.
