Red Catacutan

Red Catacutan is currently the Reward Director for Developing Markets, Nutrition Global Business Unit & e-Commerce at Reckitt. Previously, Red served as Reward Director for various regions at Reckitt and held positions such as Compensation & Benefits Director in multiple regions at RB. Red's earlier experience includes roles as a Regional Reward Manager at Diageo and as an Asia Compensation & Benefits Manager at Procter & Gamble. Red earned a degree in Management Economics from Ateneo de Manila University between 1996 and 2000.
