Rich Monk

Rich Monk is currently the Technical Training and Compliance Manager at Reckitt. Previously, they served as a Technical Trainer at Swift Group Limited, where they delivered training to a wide range of industry stakeholders and managed a large group of apprentices in engineering. Rich also worked as a Training and Development Specialist at Auto Windscreens and as a Service Technician for Belron UK Limited. Their extensive experience includes managing an extensive portfolio of training courses aimed at developing and upskilling employees and customers.
