Saad Islam is an accomplished supply chain executive with over 20 years of experience in operational leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President Supply Chain and Global Category Supply Lead for Lysol at Reckitt since January 2012, Saad has a proven track record in managing manufacturing operations, supply planning, and project execution. Saad's previous roles include Plant Manager for North America Operations, where operational capabilities were optimized for major brands such as Lysol and Airwick, and various managerial positions at British American Tobacco, focusing on production, quality assurance, and engineering projects. Saad holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and completed executive education in digital supply chain management through Wharton and MIT Sloan.
