Sonia Rai

Sonia Rai is a seasoned professional in communication and inclusion, currently serving as a Programme Communication Specialist at Reckitt since April 2022. Prior to this role, Sonia held positions related to inclusion, diversity, and charity at Novuna for a brief period in early 2022, and at Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC, where responsibilities as Inclusion, Diversity and Charity Manager and Inclusion & Diversity Advisor included supporting the Customer and Employee Engagement Team to achieve the company's vision for outstanding customer experiences. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Associate role at Hitachi Capital Business Finance UK from August 2010 to April 2019. Sonia Rai earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2006.
