Suzanne Young

Suzanne Young is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a diverse background in product development, brand management, and project oversight. Currently serving as a Procurement Project Manager at RB since June 2020, Suzanne has also founded Shoe Candi LLC, where responsibilities include brand development and e-commerce strategies. Previous roles include Sourcing Manager at FULLBEAUTY Brands, Director of Production and Development at Dolce Vita Intimates, and various positions at Avon, Redcats USA, Philip Morris, and Pfizer/Howmedica, where expertise ranged from production planning to negotiation and supply chain management. Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware.
