Tara Newton has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Regional Talent, Leadership and Learning Partner at Reckitt since January 2025. Prior roles at Reckitt include Regional Talent Partner for North America and various managerial positions within talent development and HR operations from March 2018 to July 2024. Tara's career began at Tangoe as an HR Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist from March 2016 to February 2018, and prior to that, Tara was a Senior Associate in Human Resources at PwC from January 2015 to March 2016. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Business from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an HR Management Certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
