Tim Metcalfe is a quality management expert with extensive experience driving operational excellence across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Quality Manager at Reckitt, Tim previously held senior leadership roles at Aristocrat, where they led strategic quality programs and drove quality improvements across multiple teams. With a background in chemistry, Tim has successfully implemented quality processes that significantly reduced costs and enhanced customer satisfaction in previous positions, including their role at GlaxoSmithKline as a Commercial Quality Manager. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Wales, Bangor, and a postgraduate degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Bath.
