Tom Houslay

Tom Houslay is an experienced data science and biological systems professional currently serving as a Senior Associate at Reckitt since November 2022. Prior roles include Lecturer at The Manchester Metropolitan University, Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Exeter and the University of Cambridge, and various research positions within the field of computational biology at AstraZeneca and Novartis. Tom Houslay holds a PhD in Evolutionary Biology from the University of Stirling, an MSc in Bioinformatics from The University of Manchester, and a BSc in Computer Science from Lancaster University. Current research focuses on the evolutionary genetics of the stress response in vertebrates, utilizing advanced techniques in genetic modeling and environmental manipulation.
