Will Holt

Will Holt is an R&D Operations Senior Manager at Reckitt, with a solid background in product and process design science. Since 2009, Will has held various roles at Reckitt, demonstrating expertise in solid, confectionary, and liquid manufacturing processes, while applying the Quality by Design ethos to facilitate risk management and streamline product development. Will's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Chemistry from The University of Hull and a Master's in Pharmaceutical Quality by Design from De Montfort University. Currently, Will is focused on technical troubleshooting and regulatory support within Reckitt’s Health portfolio.
