Xavier Benti

Xavier Benti serves as the Head of Procurement for the Nutrition Business Unit at Reckitt, overseeing global Factory and External Manufacturing expenditures. With a progressive career at Reckitt, Benti has held various roles including Director of Global Procurement, where responsibilities included managing Health Relief Factory expenditures, team development, and leading sales and acquisition projects. Earlier, Benti acted as SAP Solutions Director, managing a significant digital transformation project, and held regional roles in procurement management across Latin America and Central Europe. Benti began the career as a Global Buyer and has also worked at Dalkia as an assistant to the Quality-Procurement Manager, contributing to ISO 9002 compliance, and at the Université de Namur as a Research Fellow in Organic Chemistry. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Management from IAE Nancy School of Management and advanced degrees in Organic Chemistry and Chemistry.
