Yu Chen is currently the R&D Manager for VMS at RB, where they manage a diverse team to deliver innovation and maintenance R&D projects in the vitamins, minerals, and supplements industry across multiple markets, including the US and China. Prior to this role, Yu held several positions at RB, including Senior Formulation Associate and Manager of Process Engineering.
