Yuki You, PhD, MBA, is a Senior Product Development Scientist at Mead Johnson Nutrition, where they lead the development of partial enzymatic hydrolysis infant formulas and manage key projects related to nutrition product categories. With over nine years of experience in the field, Yuki has also held roles at Beingmate, where they led a technical team in nutrition product development, and at Clemson University, where they gained experience as a lab manager and graduate teaching assistant. Currently pursuing an MBA at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Yuki holds a PhD in Food Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Engineering.
