Blake Farquharson

Blake Farquharson currently serves as the AVP of Early Stage Banking at RBCx, where the focus is on empowering tech founders and businesses to enhance their competitiveness and growth potential. Prior to this role, Blake held various leadership positions in innovation and partnerships, notably as Director of Innovation and Associate Director of Innovation Programs at Elevate, and in earlier roles at Canadian Digital Service, The DMZ, Techstars, CareerJSM, and TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario. Blake's extensive background includes advising startups on revenue strategies, facilitating mentor meetings, and connecting entrepreneurs with development resources. Educational qualifications include an Honours of Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of International Business from Carleton University.
