Kevin Desmet is a dedicated professional with extensive involvement in various organizations and roles that emphasize leadership, community engagement, and youth empowerment. Currently serving as a member of Belgian Youth Diplomacy since November 2018, Kevin aims to equip young citizens with the necessary skills to navigate a globalized world. As Vicevoorzitter of Natuurpunt Wemmel Beverbos, Kevin contributes to an independent volunteer association focused on environmental conservation. Holding the position of EU Careers Student Ambassador for the European Personnel Selection Office since May 2017, Kevin promotes career opportunities within the European Union. Additionally, Kevin has served as Treasurer for Jeugdraad Wemmel VZW and is an experienced football referee with the Royal Belgian Football Association. As the largest sports association in the country, with more than half a million members, the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) represents 4,000 football clubs. Together with Voetbal Vlaanderen and ACFF the RBFA organises around 12,000 football matches each weekend, as well as the matches of the national teams. The Red Devils and Red Flames serve as the ambassadors.
