Sana Sellami

Sana Sellami is an experienced inclusion strategist and consultant currently serving as the Inclusion Strategist at Sana Sellami BV and as a board member at Universiteit Antwerpen, focusing on promoting diversity and inclusion within the academic community. With a strong background in developing diversity strategies, Sana has been a member of the Royal Belgian Football Association's Diversity Board and served as a guest professor at Thomas More-hogeschool. Previous roles include Strategy & Inclusion Expert at Untitled Workers Club and Head of (Inclusive) Research & Consultancy at NextGenIty, where significant work was done on diversity challenges for various organizations. Sana holds a PhD in Social Economic Sciences from the University of Antwerp, alongside multiple degrees in sociology and social law.
