Thomas Tharakan has extensive experience in both fitness instruction and finance. Since March 2011, Thomas has been a certified instructor at Les Mills International, specializing in various group fitness classes including Body Pump, Body Attack, Body Combat, and Grit. In addition to fitness, Thomas serves as a football coach for the Royal Belgian Football Association, working with teams across different age groups. Thomas's finance expertise includes roles as a finance and HR officer at the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions, senior accountant positions at organizations such as The European Cancer Leagues and Socaba, and previous accounting roles in various companies. As the largest sports association in the country, with more than half a million members, the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) represents 4,000 football clubs. Together with Voetbal Vlaanderen and ACFF the RBFA organises around 12,000 football matches each weekend, as well as the matches of the national teams. The Red Devils and Red Flames serve as the ambassadors.
