Vincent de Bie

Vincent De Bie is an experienced IT Manager currently leading the IT Cell at parking.brussels since May 2023. With a significant background in project management and IT leadership, Vincent serves as an IT Manager and Senior Project Manager at paradigm.brussels, formerly the CIRB, since January 2014. Additionally, Vincent has long-standing involvement with the Royal Belgian Football Association as a referee since 1993 and an assistant referee since 2008. Previous roles include IT Manager at SLRB • BGHM, where Vincent supported digital transformation efforts, and various project leadership positions at Electrabel and Axen, emphasizing infrastructure and strategic project management. Vincent holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering specialized in Computer Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles.
