Vincent Dumont

Vincent Dumont is a seasoned professional in the sports industry with extensive experience in player development, talent scouting, and strategic analysis. Currently serving as an Expert at the Royal Belgian Football Association since May 2023, Vincent also holds a dual role as a Scout and Talent Scout at RSC Anderlecht since December 2016. Previous positions include Project Change Manager at RSC Anderlecht, focusing on player progression methodologies, and Analyste de stratégies at Administration communale de Saint-gilles from 2007 to 2018. Vincent began their career as a Stagiaire at AFC Ajax and contributed to the coaching and behavior management at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise. Vincent's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Sciences du travail from Université libre de Bruxelles and a Graduat in Gestion des ressources humaines from Institut Roger Guilbert.
