Ed Longo

Ed Longo has extensive work experience in the media and publishing industry. Ed began their career at RBmedia in 2000 as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), a position they continue to hold. In this role, they oversee all operational aspects of the business. Later in 2012, when RBmedia acquired Recorded Books, Ed Longo took on additional responsibilities as the COO and Sr. Vice President of Operations at Recorded Books. Ed played a crucial role in the M&A activities of the company. Overall, Ed Longo has been integral to the success and growth of both RBmedia and Recorded Books.

Ed Longo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, earning a Master of Arts degree in Administrative Science. Ed attended this institution from 1986 to 1989.
