The Boards of Directors of Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc., locally based non-profit organizations serving their communities for over 60 years each, have formed a strategic alliance in an effort to obtain operational efficiencies and strengthen both agencies.   This alliance also ensures the continued provision of an array of quality support services to individuals with disabilities and communities in 30 counties in Southern Indiana.  In this alliance, Rauch, Inc. and Blue River Services, Inc. continue to provide their current services in existing locations with their current staff members while maintaining their present-day identities.  

RBR Alliance, Inc. has been created as a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation that serves as an umbrella organization for, and provides administrative, financial, development, human resources and IT support to both agencies.  Dan Lowe, current CEO of Blue River Services, has been selected to serve as the CEO of RBR Alliance, Inc. with Bettye Dunham, CEO of Rauch retired as of August of 2019.  The Board for RBR Alliance, Inc. consists of appointments from  existing Rauch and Blue River Board members at the time of the formation of the Alliance.
