Phillip Simpson

Phillip Simpson is an experienced Systems Engineer currently serving as a Systems Engineer V at RBR-Technologies since January 2022 and as a Senior Principal System Engineer at DCCA since May 2021. Previously, Phillip worked as a Project Manager at The Kenjya Group from February 2009 to May 2013 and held analyst positions at L-3 Communications during the same period. Phillip holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Averett University, completed between 1997 and 1999.
