Ajit is a Partner & Insolvency Professional in our firm, RBSA Restructuring Advisors LLP and takes assignment as Interim Resolution Professional/ Resolution Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He also works on Debt Restructuring assignments.

Ajit has more than 36 years of experience in Global and Domestic Banking Industry. He retired as Chief General Manager from State Bank of India (SBI). He has Worked in various assignment such as Chief General Manager of a Circle, GM Mid Corporate Group, DGM Corporate Accounts Group & AGM Foreign Currency Loan Syndications. He has also worked as the Head of Business Development at Singapore Office of State Bank of India.

He has acquired wide exposure in credit appraisal, sanction and monitoring of loan to Corporate involving understanding of Credit Risk and Financial Management and financing of overseas acquisitions.

He has also worked as a Senior Advisor with KPMG India Pvt Ltd in their Special Situations Group and was actively involved in Resolution of Stress Assets by finalization of restructuring packages.

He is a Post Graduate and is a Certificated Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers.

He has attended courses at Northwestern University- Kellogg school of Management, Chicago USA and The Indian Institute of Management Kolkata. He has also passed the online proficiency Test for Independent Director’s Databank.

He is registered as Insolvency professional(IP) with Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

He is also empaneled with various banks and Financial Institutions as an Insolvency Professional.
