Ashok is a Partner & Insolvency Professional in our firm, RBSA Restructuring Advisors LLP and takes assignment as Interim Resolution Professional/ Resolution Professional under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He also works on Debt Restructuring assignments.

Ashok has more than 33 years of experience in Global and Domestic Banking Industry, retired as Deputy General Manager from State Bank of India (SBI).Worked in various assignment as Branch Head, Credit Officer, Asset – Liability Management and overseas assignment as Vice- President and Head (Credit) in Chicago (USA) during his tenure with SBI.

He has acquired wide exposure in appraisal, sanction and monitoring of loan to Corporate involving understanding of Credit Risk and Financial Management. Actively involved in Resolution of Stress Assets by finalization of restructuring packages under various schemes.

He has done M.Sc., M. Phil in Physics and further acquired Professional qualifications as Cost Accountant and MBA (Finance).

He is registered as Insolvency professional(IP) with Insolvency Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

He is empanelled with various banks and Financial Institutions as an Insolvency Professional.
