Kapil is a Partner and Insolvency Professional in our firm, RBSA Restructuring Advisors LLP and takes suitable assignments under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. He carries a vast experience spanning over three decades in domains such as Legal & Secretarial, Compliances, Corporate Laws, and Risk Management Frameworks & due Diligence reviews in large corporate houses including those in restructuring. He has achieved multiple resolutions in the IBC space.

His past employments in the industry have been with reputed MNCs like SONA BLW where he served as GM Legal and Company Secretary and with CAPARO India where he worked as GM Legal and Group Company Secretary.

He has served as a member of advisory committee of ICAI during FY 2019-20 constituted to strategize the approach for implementing IBC. He is currently serving as a member of Insolvency & Bankruptcy committee of the PHD chamber of commerce. He has also served as member of the expert committees constituted by IBBI in a few matters.

He is registered on the panels of SBI, IDBI, BOI, UBI, PEC Ltd., BOB, IREDA, Allahabad Bank etc. as a Resolution Professional. He is a qualified Insolvency Professional, Company Secretary, Cost & Management Accountant and LLB. He is an accomplished Trainer and has delivered over 50 training sessions for the ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, PHD Chamber, ASSOCHAM, Symbiosis University, NLU New Delhi on Companies Act 1956, Companies Act 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.
