Robert V. Binder

Robert V. Binder is a highly experienced consulting software engineer with a distinguished career spanning several decades. Since June 1985, Robert has led RBSC Corporation, providing high-performance software engineering consultancy to notable clients such as Motorola, Microsoft, and GE Healthcare. From June 2015 to June 2021, Robert served as a senior engineer at the Software Engineering Institute, where involvement included advising and conducting research on AI, software engineering, and cybersecurity for U.S. government projects. Prior consulting roles at System Verification Associates and as CEO of mVerify involved leading initiatives that produced significant advancements and funding in mobile app testing.
