Dave Griffiths

Dave Griffiths is a mechanical engineering manager with extensive experience in the field. They have held various roles at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL) from 2018 to 2023, including senior mobility engineer and team leader for the Warrior Hull deferral, ultimately serving as mechanical engineering manager for vehicle architecture. Prior to this, they managed engineering teams at Qi Van Systems and Rhino Products from 2012 to 2016. Their academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Staffordshire University.
