Julian Wright is a Lead Technologist at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL), where they develop new products for military customers. Previously, Julian served as a Technology Programmes Manager at RBSL, overseeing investments in technologies to enhance business efficiencies and product innovations. Julian also acted as a Technology Advisor to the British Army's Research Innovation & Experimentation Laboratory from 2022 to 2023. Earlier in their career, they held various engineering roles at BAE Systems, including HAPS Engineering Manager for Solar HALE UAVs and Senior Engineer for military air projects. Julian earned an MEng in Cybernetic Engineering from the University of Reading.
