Paul Smith is currently the Head of Product Safety at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL), a position held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Safety at BAE Systems from 2003 to 2019. Paul is pursuing a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and a PGDip in Materials Engineering at Northumbria University, alongside holding an MSc in Safety Critical Systems from the University of York, which was completed in 2016.
