Steve Harding is currently the Finance Director at Rheinmetall BAE Systems Land (RBSL), where they are on secondment from BAE Systems since 2023. Prior to this role, they held various finance director positions at BAE Systems from 2019 to 2022, including leadership in Future Combat Air Systems and Defence Information & Training Systems. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as the MoD Portfolio Finance Lead at Defence Equipment and Support during a secondment from BAE Systems from 2014 to 2016. Steve is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. They received O Levels and GCSEs from Sarah Metcalfe Secondary School between 1983 and 1988.
