Responsibilities include leading the recruitment process for C-level talent in the Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device sectors, as well as private equity and NGO's. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Principal Consultant (Head of Regulatory Affairs) at TEC Group International, where exceptional candidate matching was prioritized. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Executive Search Consultant at Barrington James, specializing in Regulatory Affairs recruitment across the UK and Western Europe, and as Senior Manager (Head of F&B) at Sofitel. Sam’s educational background includes studies at Ashburton Learning Village.
