Thomas Wills is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at RBW Logistics since April 2019. Previously, Thomas held the position of Support Manager at CMA Technology from December 2012 to April 2019, providing Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for various IT issues. As a Co-Owner at MW Technological Solutions from March 2008 to December 2014, Thomas specialized in IP telephony, security, and worked with Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Earlier in the career, Thomas was a System Administrator at FPL Food LLC from January 2002 to September 2010, focusing on designing and managing Microsoft infrastructure and network management. Educational qualifications include two associate degrees in Computer Networking and Network and System Administration from Augusta Technical College, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
