Theo Richardson

Theo Richardson is the Founder and Head of Design and Innovation at Rich Brilliant Willing (RBW), where they have led the development of contemporary LED lighting products since co-founding the company in 2007. Currently serving as Director of Development, Theo oversees a collaborative team of project managers, engineers, and designers, focusing on creating products that enhance everyday life through quality light. Prior to RBW, Theo served as Art Director at AREAWARE and worked as a Designer at Gensler, developing retail interiors for high-profile clients. Theo earned a BFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2006.
