Matthew Tracy is a seasoned construction project executive with significant experience in managing large-scale industrial projects. Currently serving as Project Executive at RC Andersen since May 2022, Matthew oversees teams on projects varying from 150,000 to over 1.2 million square feet. Previously, from June 2008 to May 2022, Matthew held the position of Senior Project Manager at AECOM Tishman, leading major projects such as 1 Manhattan West and 270 Park Avenue. Matthew's earlier roles included Project Manager and Structural Project Manager across various projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of project execution and management. Matthew holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
