John Fleckenstein

John Fleckenstein began their career in the music industry as a College Representative at RuffHouse Records in 1996. John then moved on to Arista Records where they held the role of Associate Director of Marketing from 1998 to 2001. Fleckenstein joined Sony Music Entertainment in 2001, where they climbed the ranks to become the Executive Vice President International, overseeing global operations for US-based record labels until 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to RCA Records, where they served as Executive Vice President, Co-President, and eventually Chief Operating Officer.

John Fleckenstein earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, completing their studies from 1994 to 1997.
