Jonathan Master

Jonathan Master is a seasoned professional in the music and entertainment industry, currently serving as SVP of A&R & Marketing at RCA Records since September 2019. Prior to this role, Jonathan held key leadership positions as President at Same Plate Entertainment and as A&R/Marketing at EMPIRE. Jonathan is also the founder of Same Plate Co., an independent marketing and artist management firm, and was a partner at Restless New York, where over 150 videos were produced. Additional experience includes serving as Talent Buyer for The Wick/The Well, Vice President at Viper Records, and New Media and Marketing Manager at SRC/Universal. Jonathan holds a B.A. in Political Science and English from Earlham College.
